She presented her research work in prestigious conferences and exhibitions in the UK. At the 03rd PhD By Design conference, she presented her research work (which included her poems) on alternative applications of architectural/spatial knowledge to understand immigration detention. Her team’s model depicting possible spatial impact of power interactions in a Syrian refugee camp was exhibited at Architecture Fringe, 2017 in Edinburgh.  She has also presented her research and pedagogy in various international conferences like Cumulus 2024 (P/References By Design), Gender, Work & Organisation conference, Include 2021 conference etc. Her other passions include developing pedagogy to make design education more accessible, mental health awareness, calligraphy and poetry. She firmly believes that people involved in design & creative research can contribute significantly to the society and  the environment to create a positive impact.
